One of the best things about having married children is that they invite you over and cook for you.
This is our second daughter, CHRISSY
Or, if you prefer....
This is called duo tone. I selected one color for the darks and another for lights. It makes an interesting effect.
Chrissy and Zach have been married 7 weeks
THIS is what it would look like if they had been married in 1912
I am having a lot of fun exploring photo editing options :)
Prior to marriage, Chrissy lived on chips & salsa, golden grahams, bananas and bean burritos.
Then, she met ZACH........ who, can EAT.
BOTH MOTHERS gave them cookbooks for wedding gifts
Last night she invited us over for THIS:
YUMMY sloppy joes and tater tots
..........and for dessert:
Mouthwatering golden butter cake
with chocolate frosting
..........Delicious!
Appetizingly presented at a beautiful table.
Thanks for a perfect evening, Chrissy & Zach !

About Me
- Diane
- I married my high school sweetheart 34 years ago in the LDS Temple. I have 4 children (3 married, and a 14 year old) and 6 grandchildren. I lived my entire life in California, until 6 years ago. I now reside in San Antonio, Texas. The most important thing to me is my family; I have invested the most in them and it has paid great dividends. I love doing anything creative that beautifies my surroundings and I love nature. I minored in Art and majored in Interior Design at BYU, yet, my profession is a Tax Preparer.

I was thinking that b/w picture looked more like 1925 with Chrissy's modified flapper girl hair style ;)
I love how that table you ate dinner on has been in your house, Mike's, mine, now Chrissy's and I'm sure it will make its way to Chloe's too.
haha.. that post just made us both laugh :)
Thanks for coming over and hanging out with us! Come over tomorrow night; we're having bean burritos :)
Sloppy joes, tater tots, Dad's Root beer with cake for dessert, "just to good for poor folk".
Thanks for the invite to dinner, CZ. It was so nice to just jump in the car drive 3 miles and have a tasty dinner all ready to go. YUMMMM.
I'm down with bean burritos for sure!
Another variation for tator tots...cook in the micro with scrambled eggs..melt cheese on top...make some toast your good to go! Yum!
