Pacing myself. Staying focused. Keeping hydrated.
I am about a third of the way through my mission and
seeing daylight at the end of the tunnel; about 700 photos so far.
Thankfully, I have passed the point of: completely overwhelmed
and moved into: momentum with a certainty of finishing.
A good feeling, by the way.
Organizing Projects, cleaning out closets, garage, whatever, have the UNBEARABLE MESS PHASE... everything has to come out into your living space before it can be neatly returned. This phase is spilling out of the office into the living room so I can be entertained by Oprah, Dr Oz and the Biggest Loser while I work.
Break is over, gotta go. bye :)

Cute mem-bant in the last picture :)
And sounds like you're on the home stretch! Hopefully you something for your 'kick'!
hopefully you LEFT something... supposed to be a 'LEFT' in there. you know, like when you run a race, you have to have some kick at the end to bring 'er home... you know...
This is Rembrandt the dog speaking: Mom as long as I can sit right next to you during your project and you take a break to walk me once in a while, it's ok. Plus the mess brings in new stuff to sniff, I love it!
This is me: I love how you've tackled it and that your goal looks attainable!
Miss Chrissy - I knew what ya meant before you left the second comment. I logged enough hours in the bleachers at track meets to learn somethin'.
...girls, that is Rusty. he is my little companion that comes in the office, Rem prefers the kitchen
Actually I did wonder how Chrissy knew it was Remmy, b/c I sure couldn't tell. But with Rem in the kitchen and Rust in the office the dog comment can be from both :)
Tiny here: Jenn likes to bring me with her when she works around the house too...I help...with the "moral support and cuteness" part of the work...I'm good at that. xoxo
Steve speaking here: I have enjoyed all the photos being out. I would grab a stack, thumb throught them and re-live a vacation or an event, laugh or even get a bit misty. Now every photo is digital. Does anyone just "thumb through" their digital photos? I don't. It's like all of the family video tapes we have from when the kids were little. They are all safe in a box but I don't think we even own a VCR any more. We never watch them but I can't get rid of them. Maybe they should be put on DVD and placed in a different box and never watch in that format.
Oh well I need to go do something else right now.
